Shipping Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Darklight Beauty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

Returns must be requested and sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition so that they may be resold. (Unless damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return.
All original packaging must be intact, including labels and protective packaging.
Products must not have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

Used or opened products
Sale items
Gift vouchers

Return condition & packaging

Please ensure your return is securely packaged. We recommend using the original box and protective packaging your order arrived in to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your return.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to reflect, depending on your payment provider
